 “Beta Epsilon was originally founded at Emory College in Oxford, Georgia, on June 13, 1882. Since then Beta Epsilon has initiated nearly 1400 brothers. We have won the Hugh Shields award, a Delta Tau Delta honor for chapter excellence, in 1967, 1968, 1969, 1989, 1990, 1992, and 1996. We received the Dean's Cup awarded to the best chapter on the Row in 1994. Our men come from many different backgrounds and are as multifaceted as the Emory campus. Thus the best way to get to know us is by dropping by the house and meeting the brothers."
